Claire Sancelot is the founder of the consulting activity and brings over 25 years of international experience across management, strategic marketing, entrepreneurship, and intercultural business development. She has built, scaled, and managed sustainable FMCG and retail businesses across Europe, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore, combining strategic vision with hands-on operational execution.
In parallel to her entrepreneurial career, Claire is a university lecturer in intercultural management, international marketing, negotiation, and risk management at leading French institutions (EDHEC, IESEG, Université Catholique de Lille). Her expertise lies in go-to-market strategy, omnichannel distribution, supply chain strategy, product lifecycle management, and leadership in multicultural environments, with a strong focus on sustainable growth and performance-driven KPIs.
Yulia Fedosova supports the consulting activity with a strong academic, analytical, and operational background in international business, economics, and organizational development. Holding a Master of Science in International Economy and Business, complemented by Erasmus and international programs in the US and Belgium, Yulia combines rigorous economic analysis with practical experience in administration, HR, and strategic development.
She has published academic research on female entrepreneurship, led administrative and development departments within international institutes, and managed complex business operations as a company owner in the logistics and transport sector. Her strengths include market research, financial analysis, HR strategy, organizational structuring, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural communication, supported by a high level of multilingual proficiency.
